Online Result Successful Candidates Hajj 2019 Today

The government will hold the ballot for Hajj scheme today (Tuesday). 
Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Minister Dr Noorul Haq Qadri will perform the balloting.

The results will be uploaded on the website of the religious affairs’ ministry and applicants will be informed via SMS too.
Applications under the government’s Hajj Scheme were received from February 25 to March 6. According to one estimate, at least 216, 542 people have submitted the applications for the government Hajj scheme.
The government approved the new Hajj policy for 2019 without any subsidy on January 31. Without a subsidy, the pilgrimage will cost people in the southern areas of the country Rs436,000 while people in the northern areas will pay Rs426,000. The expense for Hajj has increased by Rs100,000 compared to last year.
Over 180,000 Pakistanis will perform Hajj this year.
At least 107,526 people will perform Hajj under the government scheme, and 71,684 people will go to Saudi Arabia under the private Hajj scheme.
